Once Bryan and Luke were back from their hunting trip, we took an afternoon to explore USU and up Logan Canyon to enjoy the Fall colors. I have to admit, I could hardly believe that the USU football field was open to the public. We walked right in the gates and down to the field. We played a family football game. And yes, we played the full 100 yards! Emma did a halftime routine and after the game, Luke practiced kicking through the uprights. It was one of the unexpected highlights of the trip.
Bryan was here too, but he was the designated driver during this photo.
We found a spot of incredible color all to ourselves. It made Bryan want to burn our return home tickets. He misses the proximity of the mountains (I do, too, but he definitely trumps me).
