The 3 Amigos

We ventured out to the Wildlife Experience Museum with Luke's friends, Max and Parker. They had a great time running around checking out the exhibits and animals. These boys are such great pals. It is fun to watch them play together! It is nice to have three moms there...one can keep an eye on the strollers with sleeping babies while the other two herd the boys. Makes it fairly manageable. :)

We feel extremely lucky to have such great friends!

County Fair

We went to our local County Fair's free night last week. We checked out the animals, the carnival cuisine and playground. I had hopes for possibly attending the rodeo this year...yeah, only if we find a babysitter. We're still working on that attention span of a soon-to-be 2-year-old. :)

Luke really liked Mr. Goat, obviously.

Nice to know that everyone has a bad hair day.

 Cotton candy could easily be the best part about the fair for me...and Luke-ster.

Feeding the Ducks, Sort of...

Last night we headed out to feed some ducks. Luke was ecstatic about the idea. Flash back 6 months ago to this and I was a little nervous that we might have a repeat of scaring off women and children. We managed to find several ducks, but it was mostly geese...boo. I like ducks, not geese. However, Luke could have cared less and he loved it. 

And to think that I was worried about the geese being aggressive with Luke, ha! 

Oh, and Emma was also thrilled to feed the ducks/geese.
